Biophilia is still a new term in our conversations but is fast becoming one of the most important factors in the design world.

Biophilic Design is essentially a continuation of the Sustainable Architecture movement that emerged in the mid-’90s. This movement created a wide variety of buildings that were both environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

Biophilic Design takes this concept a step further, working to create spaces that benefit the people who use them.
